Farmland Auction & Realty Co., Inc. has been active selling real estate across all of Kansas and Nebraska since 1978. Our primary area of experience and service has been in western and central Kansas. In addition to selling through private treaty, we have established auction service for all types of sales (land, farm equipment and machinery, oil leases, trucks, heavy equipment, livestock, commerical, household and antiques).
Our professional staff is comprised of experienced and licensed real estate salespeople, including three real estate brokers and three licensed real estate auctioneers. We pride ourselves on our ability to work with the people -- representing the seller in a professional manner.
Farmland Auction & Realty Co., Inc. has represented the Wichita and Kansas City F.D.I.C., R.T.C., and the Hays, Larned, Colby and Ness City Federal Land Banks in their acquired property listings.
Because of our size of our professional staff and their backgrounds, Farmland has been able to maintain a list of active buyers and/or interested parties in a wide area. Members of our staff have developed specific areas where they actively work and maintain contacts for the sale of properties. |

As you can see we have a new and upgraded web site, for our new site we have set a poll to ask "What do you think of our new site", and most are having problems finding there way around. We have posted some information below to help you in your search for auctions or real estate. Please feel free to contact us by e-mail or phone also, thank you for visiting our web site.
Auction Calendar:
*Please take note, that on the days we will be having an auction, is the date that is highlighted in red on the Calendar!
1. Take a look at our calendar, click on the date that you want, if you are not sure what the name of the auction is, or what date it is, please look directly under the calendar at our "Week At A Glance", there, we have the names and auction dates.
2. After you click on the auction date it will take you to a page where it will read the name of the auction, time, and date.
PLEASE CLICK ON THE AUCTION NAME, AGAIN.
3. This, then will take you to the information we have for the auction (i.e. legal description, and/or farm equipment...ect)
4. If we have pictures to go with the auction listed, there will be an "Click here to view picture(s)", please click on it, and the picture(s) will come up.

Please take notice that on the top left hand corner of our web page there is a heading "Real Estate", please click on it and scroll through our listings.
